How Ai Tran's website collects, uses and protects your information: what the forms collect, who receives it, text message consent, and how to ask for deletion.
What This Site Collects
This website belongs to Ai Tran, a REALTOR® and Broker Owner of 2020 Realty LLC and a Loan Officer with Loan Factory. Effective October 31, 2026. Updated November 3, 2026.
When you send a message or ask for a free guide, the form collects your first name, last name and email, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, a message and the answers to any extra questions that form asks. The site also records which language version of the site you used.
If you give a phone number and tick the text message box, the site records that you agreed, the exact consent wording you saw, and the date and time.
If you arrived from an ad or a link that carries campaign tags, the site records those tags with your message. They describe the ad, not you. The site also records the name of the website you came from, such as facebook.com, and never the full address of the page.
Vercel, which hosts the site, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the site. Vercel also counts page visits and measures how fast pages load, without cookies and without identifying you. The site saves your light or dark display choice in your own browser.
The site also uses Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use its pages: where people scroll and click, and recordings of visits with anything typed into a form hidden. Clarity uses cookies and receives your IP address and details about your browser and device. I use it only to make the site easier to use. Microsoft's own privacy statement applies to Clarity, and you can block or delete its cookies in your browser settings. Nothing else is collected.

Who Receives It
What you send through a form goes to my customer relationship system, GoHighLevel, where I keep my contacts and follow up. Vercel hosts the website. Both are service providers that handle your information on my behalf.
My introduction video is hosted on YouTube. It loads from YouTube only when you press play, and from then on YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that video.
I do not sell your information. Your phone number and text message consent are never sold or shared with anyone for their marketing. If you ask me to, I may connect you with a lender, a title company or another service you need for your purchase or sale, and I share only what that step needs.
How I Use It
I use your information to answer your question, to help you buy, sell or finance a home, and to follow up with you about it. I also send marketing, such as market updates and news about my services, by email, and by text only if you gave text consent. You can stop either at any time, as explained below.
I keep your information until you ask me to delete it.
Calls and Text Messages
I send text messages only to a number whose owner agreed to receive them. Messages may include replies to your questions, appointment reminders and marketing from Ai Tran of 2020 Realty LLC. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of working with me.
Your Choices
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me at aap@aitran.realtor or call 512-300-8611, and I will handle it. I may keep a record where the law requires it.
To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any email. To stop texts, reply STOP.
