Vietnamese-Speaking Realtor in Georgetown
The house and the loan explained line by line in Vietnamese or English, for anyone who asks.
Historic and Newer Homes in Georgetown, Explained in Vietnamese
Georgetown has a historic downtown plus newer neighborhoods, and the two kinds of home come with different questions. A Vietnamese-speaking Realtor in Georgetown can explain both sets of papers, so a buyer who reads Vietnamese more easily than English never signs on trust alone.
I am Ai Tran, a Realtor with 2020 Realty and a Loan Officer with Loan Factory. I explain the house and the loan in Vietnamese or plain English, for anyone who asks.

Surveys, Inspections and the Appraisal
On an older home near downtown, the survey and the inspection carry more weight. A survey shows where the lot lines run and whether fences or additions sit where they should. An inspection on an older home can list many items, and I explain each one in Vietnamese and tell you which are normal for the age of the home and which deserve a repair request during the option period.
On a newer home, the questions move toward the builder's work, the association and the property taxes that come with a newer neighborhood. I put those taxes in your real number from the start.
On either kind of home, the lender orders an appraisal, an outside appraiser's opinion of what the home is worth. If the appraisal comes in lower than the price, I explain in Vietnamese what that means for your loan and what your choices are, before you have to decide anything.
One Person, Two Languages, Every Step
I talk with your parents directly in Vietnamese if they want to understand the purchase, and you get a written checklist you can forward to everyone. The steps are the same for every buyer I work with, on how buying a home works with me, and why one person handles the house and the loan is on One Desk home loans.
