Vietnamese-Speaking Realtor in Round Rock

The house and the loan explained line by line in Vietnamese or English, for anyone who asks.

Buying in Round Rock, Explained in Vietnamese

If you want a Vietnamese-speaking Realtor in Round Rock, the reason is usually not the house tour. It is the paperwork that comes after it. Round Rock has neighborhoods from the 1980s and 1990s near Brushy Creek and Forest Creek, and newer communities around Old Settlers Park. An older home often comes with a longer inspection report, and that report is where a buyer needs every line to make sense.

I am Ai Tran, a Realtor with 2020 Realty and a Loan Officer with Loan Factory. Round Rock is my home base, and I explain the house and the loan in Vietnamese or plain English, whichever you prefer. The service is for anyone who asks, and you can switch between the two languages whenever you like.

The Inspection Report, Line by Line

On a home near Brushy Creek or Forest Creek that has been lived in for thirty or forty years, the inspector writes about the roof, the foundation, the plumbing and the electrical system. I sit down with you and go through each item, in Vietnamese if you like, and tell you which ones are normal for a home that age and which ones are worth a repair request.

All of this happens inside the option period. That is the set number of days in your offer when you can inspect the home and still walk away under the Texas contract's terms. I explain the option period before you sign the offer, so the deadline never surprises you.

Texas contracts are in English, and they stay in English. What changes is that you understand them before you sign. Nothing gets signed until you can tell me in your own words what it means.

Talking With Your Parents Directly

Often the person who calls me is a grown son or daughter who has translated for their parents for years. You should not have to be the translator and the advisor at the same time. I talk with your parents directly, with respect, in Vietnamese, and I send a written checklist you can forward, so everyone in the household works from the same list.

Your number comes first, before any home. I find what a lender will approve and what you are comfortable paying each month, including property taxes and insurance. Read how that works on One Desk home loans, and the full steps on how buying a home works with me.
